Mary Vogen, one of the founders of the Vision Wheel LLC, has a masters degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University with 16 years of experience as a financial consultant and coach, helping people overcome financial obstacles to realize their dreams. In 2003 she retired as the President of a successful Registered Investment Advisory firm that provided family office services and private foundations to leading global entrepreneurs and charitable organizations.

Mary began her studies on life purpose and mission with an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina- Charlotte in religious studies. Her experiences as a financial advisor prompted her to pursue coaching programs to help her clients get “unstuck” and move forward in realizing their dreams. Her quest to understand, influence and inspire change individually, within teams and organizations led her to the Organizational Development program at Pepperdine University.

Mary is an entrepreneur who enjoys new ventures and supporting others in business. She believes in life long learning and stretching the mind, heart and body in order to live life fully alive. Her quest is to give of her life generously, and help others to serve in their uniqueness resulting in the fulfillment of Life’s purpose and joy.
